COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Colorado Springs Police are investigating a body found in the roadway in the area of Castle Road and Panorama Drive.
Police originally responded to the scene for a shooting, and when officers arrived they found a deceased male who had traumatic injuries.
The Violent Crimes Unit was notified and are investigating the death. According to police, the investigation is in the very early stages.
There is no word on suspects right now, but police say no one is in custody at this time.
