A local couple is under arrest for allegedly stealing $180,000 dollars from a 91 year old victim.
64 year old Herbert Meadows, and his 52 year old wife Cynthia allegedly depleted the victim’s bank account to pay their own credit card bills and fund several failed businesses.
Herbert Meadows also opened several credit card accounts in the victim’s name and ran the balances up several thousand dollars.
Additional charges are pending. Herbert will be in court this afternoon to be advised of his charges.
