A wanted felon is back behind bars after allegedly punching a Colorado Springs police officer.
Authorities were looking for 44 year old Marcus Bryant Wednesday night near Colorado and Ridge Road.
Bryant tried to hide in a mud puddle, but was found by a police dog.
That’s when he allegedly struck an officer, and got bitten by the canine.
After he was treated for his injuries, Bryant was booked on a previous warrant, and assault on a peace officer.
