Springs Police say the recent rash of break in’s and car thefts around Colorado Springs may be the result of a crime ring that includes dozens of teenagers.
Wednesday night two vehicles were stolen from the same owner.
The thieves used them to ram into a Famous Footwear store near Powers and South Carefree, and then a marijuana dispensary at Platte and Chelton.
They traced one vehicle to south Las Vegas Street where it was abandoned. Authorities believe the same people may be involved with break ins on Monday night.
