A woman is under arrest after crashing into a state patrol vehicle overnight.
The unidentified suspect was stopped near Constitution and Marksheffel. The driver hit a trooper’s vehicle, but no one was hurt.
The driver is charged with vehicular assault, and driving under the influence of drugs.
