Colorado tax felon Douglas Bruce is threatening to sue a Pennsylvania town for demolishing his building.
Bruce owns dozens of blighted properties around the country.
One of these properties was demolished in Pittston, Pennsylvania on Tuesday.
That property was so decrepit that Bruce was convicted in May of five violations for failing to tear down the building.
The city will place a lien on the property to cover the $30,000 in demolition costs.
The matter also could be turned over to police for criminal charges.
A conviction could result in five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
Bruce denies any wrongdoing.
