The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is now dealing with the Coronavirus after a deputy was confirmed to have the illness. Sheriff’s spokesperson Jacqueline Kirby said the deputy is isolated at home, has been for nearly a week now, and is getting better. All employees who had contact with the deputy have been notified and are taking appropriate precautions.
