The Army’s Special Operations Aviation Training Battalion is holding exercises beginning Monday and lasting until May 14th. Fort Carson says the training will help qualify personnel for missions in mountain and desert environments. The exercises will be held during the day and night, and are expected to generate a lot of noise and dust in and around Fort Carson.
