COLORADO SPRINGS – If you have plans to hit the links, you have a brand new option. The Flying Horse Golf Course is opening its doors on Friday. Plans to build the new course started back in 2012 and it took another five years for the groundbreaking construction to even take place.
The course is a combination of forested areas and the plains. Golf really hasn’t been affected too badly by the Covid-19 outbreak. Courses across Colorado were open months ago with social distancing in place. Many services weren’t even available for players, to begin with. That included water fountains and restrooms.
