DENVER – A man wanted in connection to the murder of a woman set to testify in the Donthe Lucas trial turned himself in Thursday night. Twenty-nine-year-old Emmanuel Chandler was wanted in connection to the shooting death of 31-year-old Roxann Martinez. She was killed on February 25th near E. Kenyon Drive and S. Wabash Street. A spokesperson with the Denver Police Department says investigators do not believe her death is connected to the Donthe Lucas trial and that it was likely a domestic violence related incident.
