CAÑON CITY – Police in Cañon City are hoping you can help them locate a man they believe is guilty of committing several crimes, including shooting a homeowner who may have confronted him. According to police, Richard Salazar was seen “prowling around residences and vehicles” on Tuesday. Salazar may be driving a red SUV.
