One person was killed and a second person injured following an accident on Northbound I-25 near Bijou late Thursday night. Police say a man had pulled over and got out of his vehicle. He was hit by a second car and died at the scene. The person driving the second car suffered injuries and was transported to an area hospital. Officials are still piecing together why the accident happened. No identities have been released.
