COLORADO SPRINGS — One person is dead following a crash on the east side of Colorado Springs. It happened near Powers and Barnes around eleven Friday morning. Police say the man veered to the right side of the road then attempted to turn onto Barns. He then hit the curb and rolled his vehicle. At that point, he was thrown from the SUV. The vehicle then rolled over him. Authorities say he was not wearing a seat belt. Details including the man’s name are not available.
