COLORADO SPRINGS — The suspect wanted in connection to a shooting Sunday in Colorado Springs is under arrest. According to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office, 18-year-old Kamrin Long is behind bars at the El Paso County Jail for investigation of first-degree murder. It happened at the 4800 block of Spokane Way just west of South Powers Blvd. When authorities arrived, they found two people with gunshot wounds. Both were transported to the hospital where one died, and the other was treated for non-life-threatening injuries. The coroner’s office will release the name of the deceased individual once the next-of-kin is notified.
