BOULDER – Ahmad Alissa, the man accused of opening fire at the King Soopers in Boulder last month, is now facing 43-more charges. Police say the 21-year-old gunned down ten people, including a Boulder police officer who was the first to respond to the store.
Alissa was arrested on the scene and ha remains in the Boulder County Jail without bail. His new charges include attempted murder, assault, and having a large-capacity magazine. Boulder’s District Attorney is giving an update on the prosecution later Thursday morning.
