Boulder officials gave an update Thursday into their investigation into the Boulder King Soopers shooting. District Attorney Michael Dougherty says officer Eric Talley was killed 30 seconds after responding to the scene. He and 2 other officers were the first to arrive. 9 people had already been shot to death before police got to the scene. Dougherty says 43 additional charges have been filed including attempted murder, assault, and the illegal use and possession of large capacity magazines. Investigators say some 115 people were in the King Soopers when the suspect opened fire. 25 others were in the parking lot.
