COLORADO – Some big changes are finally coming for much of the Denver Metro area on Sunday. They’ll be dropping the bulk of COVID-19 restrictions, as counties move to what’s being called Level Clear. The changes include Arapahoe, Adams, Boulder, Broomfield, and Jefferson Counties.
Denver officials are expected to announce details on a similar move sometime on Friday. The shift in policy means restaurants, bars, and other locations can operate at 100-percent capacity. There will be a 90-day observation period while health officials keep an eye on Coronavirus-related hospitalizations.
Douglas County already opted out of COVID-19 restrictions from tri-county health.
