MANITOU SPRINGS –The city of Manitou Springs announced they are lifting the emergency order requiring face coverings. Masks are no longer required inside businesses or outside while within 6 feet of others. The city says it will continue to follow the state of Colorado’s guidelines and mandates. They are also urging patrons to respect the rules of businesses that plan to continue to require masks.
