The Denver Post is reporting a judge last week ruled representative Lauren Boebert can block a critic on her twitter account. Bobert was being sued by Bri Buentello, who lives in Pueblo, in Boebert’s district. Buentello claimed her first amendment rights were being violated. The judge agreed with Boebert, saying she blocked Buentello on her personal twitter account, and not her government account. A lawyer for Buentello says the decision limits free speech.
