MANITOU SPRINGS — An investigation is underway after the body of a child was found in the parking lot of Maggie’s Farm Marijuana dispensary in Manitou Springs Tuesday afternoon. Officials with the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office say this was an isolated incident, and there is no threat to the public.
