COLORADO — Students in Falcon District 49 are heading back to the classroom this week, and officials say masks will not be required. Meanwhile, here in Colorado Springs, District 11 will not require students and staff to mask up, but they are strongly encouraging it. Last week, the Center for Disease Control released new guidelines recommending face coverings for schools. However, in Colorado, the decision is currently up to individual districts.
