Beginning Tuesday students and staff must wear masks in Colorado Springs School District 11, Harrison District 2 and Widefield District 3, regardless of vaccination status. Cases of coronavirus in El Paso County are averaging better than 250 per day, and school officials in the 3 districts feel the mask order is the best way to keep both students and staff safe. As long as the number stays at that level or moves higher all students and staff in those districts will have to wear a mask.
