A judge ruled Thursday Leticia Stauch will stand trial for murder. She is the Colorado Springs woman accused of killing her stepson Gannon in January of 2020. Stauch will face first degree murder and other charges. The judge decided the prosecution had enough evidence to move forward. Stauch was not in the courtroom but watched the proceedings on closed circuit tv. She claims Gannon left to go to a friends house and never returned. His remains were found in Florida two months later. She will be back in court November 4th to enter a plea, and the judge said she must appear in person.
