A suspect accused of shooting a person late Saturday night at the Pueblo Chile and Frijoles Festival has turned himself in. Pueblo Police were searching for 18 year old Victor Villalobos. They say he and a second person got into an argument at the festival near the Pueblo Riverwalk late Saturday night. Villalobos allegedly fired several shots. The victim is reportedly in critical condition but is expected to survive. Villalobos turned himself in to El Paso County authorities yesterday. He could face attempted 1st degree murder charges.
