An investigation is underway after a deadly shooting on the southeast side of Colorado Springs. It happened Monday morning near the intersection of Hancock expressway and Delta Drive at the Arbor Pointe Apartments. Arriving officers found a man with several gun shot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Springs police have been interviewing witnesses and trying to grab video from nearby security cameras to find out what happened. The mans name has not been released. At the moment police are treating this as a homicide investigation.
