Colorado Springs Police have arrested 20-year-old Trey Dove for First-Degree Murder and Arson after the deadly fire at the Enfield Apartments on Nov. 8. A man jumped from a third-story window to escape the flames and died, another person was taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation. The police are now investigating the fire as a possible arson case.
