COLORADO-The Colorado Bureau of Investigation has issued an endangered missing person alert for an Eagle County Woman. They say 59-year-old Norma Teran was the victim of felony domestic violence in December, and the suspect is 46-year-old Julio Delgado. Teran was last seen on February 17th. She’s described as Hispanic, 5’3, and 175 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Delgado is described as Hispanic, 5’2, 130 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Teran’s vehicle is missing from her home. Authorities say it’s a silver 2010 VW Tiguan with a rooftop cargo carrier. Officials with CBI say suspicious circumstances at Teran’s home have prompted concerns for her safety.
