A Fountain woman who admitted to having sex with a 13-year-old boy and then having his child has received her sentence. Despite the exclusion of jail time in the original plea deal, 31-year-old Andrea Serrano will spend 90 days behind bars minus 7 days already served. She will also spend 10 years to life on sex offender intensive supervised probation. According to our partners at KKTV 11 news, the boy’s mother has expressed unhappiness with the deal and said that if the suspect was a male and the victim was a female, the outcome would have been different.
