Fountain Police say a sexually violent predator has moved into the community. Thirty-nine-year-old Tad Johnson is described as black, 6 feet, and 223 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Authorities say he has just been released from the Department of Corrections and is living on Provincial Way in Fountain. According to police, Johnson has a long criminal history that includes sexual assault on a child and public indecency.
