Colorado Springs Police say an 85-year-old woman has died after a crash on I-25 earlier this month. Investigators say heavy rains caused a driver to lose control of their vehicle on the northbound side of the highway near the bijou exit. The vehicle then rolled and ejected the passenger, identified as Kay Tallent. She and the driver were transported to the hospital. Tallent passed away on June 15th. Authorities say neither speed nor alcohol is considered a factor.
