Colorado Springs police are searching for a missing at-risk juvenile. Sixteen-year-old Elizabeth “River” Cathleen Banocsi was reported missing Sunday by staff at a local group home. She was last seen leaving the facility on foot. River is 5’4, 150 pounds, with short, light brown hair with brown eyes. At the time she disappeared, she was wearing a pink and white flannel jacket, black sweats, or pink jean shorts. River has a small black backpack and may be wearing tan, square-toed pull-on roper cowboy boots with an American flag on the shaft of the boot. Authorities’ river is known to commute through truck stops.
