The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a deadly shooting in the Black Forest area. Saturday night, deputies were called to the 4 thousand block of Ford Drive southwest of Black Forest Regional Park on reports of a shooting where authorities found an unresponsive adult male. Life-saving measures were attempted, but the man died from his injuries. Investigators say an individual was arrested at the scene on unrelated domestic violence charges. No identities are released at this time.
