Authorities have identified an armed suspect who allegedly fired shots after crashing his vehicle near the Cheyenne Mountain Resort on Tuesday. Twenty-year-old Joel Martin is currently on a mental health hold, with his bond set at 50 thousand dollars. Martin is facing multiple charges, including 3 counts of attempted murder and felony menacing. According to witnesses, after the car crash, Martin roamed the neighborhood firing shots into the air with multiple guns. Employees at the resort helped hold him down until officers arrived. Fortunately, no one was hurt.
