A Colorado Springs man is sentenced to 25 years in prison for the production of child pornography. According to a plea agreement, forty-seven-year-old Brandon Bourret sexually abused a 13-year-old while in the Philippines in 2011 and photographed the abuse. Officials with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Colorado say later that year, Bourret moved back to the U.S. and continued to abuse the victim. While in Colorado, authorities say he put images of the abuse of the first victim and an additional one on the internet in 2014. Bourret was sentenced on Friday.
