A DISTRICT JUDGE IN JEFFERSON COUNTY RULED THERE IS ENOUGH EVIDENCE TO GO TO TRIAL AFTER A WOMAN WAS KILLED LAST YEAR WHEN A ROCK WAS THROWN THROUGH HER WINDSHIELD. PROSECUTORS SAY 18 YEAR OLD ZACH KWAK, 18 YEAR OLD NICHOLAS KAROL-CHIK, AND 19 YEAR OLD JOSEPH KOENIG THREW A ROCK THAT KILLED 20 YEAR OLD ALEXA BARTELL LAST SPRING. PROSECUTORS SAY ALL 3 ARE COMPLICIT, THOUGH THEY STILL DON’T KNOW, OF THE 3, WHO THREW THE ROCK. THEY ARE ALSO ACCUSED OF 6 OTHER ROCK THROWING INCIDENTS THE NIGHT ALEXA DIED.
