A Colorado Springs man has pleaded guilty to assaulting police during the January 6th riots. The FBI says 49-year-old David Grace was part of a group attempting to push their way past a line of officers in a tunnel entrance to the capitol. Officials say authorities eventually gained control, and Grace, along with the others involved, were forced to exit. According to court documents, Grace made similar attempts to break through police lines in other locations on the capitol grounds and then fought with officers. The DOJ says he finally stopped when he was sprayed with a chemical irritant. Grace will be sentenced on January 30th.
