Authorities are warning the community about a sexually violent predator now living in the area. According to the El Paso County Sheriff’s office, Michael Graham is living on Loomis Avenue in the Strathmore Hills area. Deputies say Graham is identified as a sexually violent predator by the State of Colorado because of his past behavior. The sheriff’s office says they will make all reasonable efforts to ensure Graham registers as a sex offender and understands his responsibilities as such.
