A 54-year-old man is under arrest in connection to a shooting last Friday at a KOA campground north of Pueblo. The Pueblo County Sheriff’s office says Steven Hollingworth is facing an attempted first-degree murder charge after allegedly shooting a 30-year-old man. Investigators say it all started with a verbal altercation. The victim was airlifted to the hospital where he was treated for serious bodily injury. Hollingsworth is being held in the Pueblo County jail on a 5 hundred-thousand-dollar bond.
