A MAN WAS ARRESTED THURSDAY MORNING AFTER DRIVING A STOLEN TRUCK INTO A COLORADO SPRINGS BUSINESS. POLICE SAY A PATROL OFFICER SAW A FORD F350 CRASH INTO THE FRONT OF “BICYCLE EXPERIENCE” LOCATED ON SOUTH TEJON AND NAVAJO. WHEN OFFICERS TRIED TO CONTACT THE SUSPECT, IDENTIFIED AS, MATTHEW JENKINS, HE IGNORED COMMANDS AND ALLEGEDLY REVERSED THE TRUCK AND RAMMED INTO TWO POLICE VEHICLES. THEY HAD TO USE PEPPER SPRAY TO DETAIN JENKINS. AFTER HE WAS ARRESTED, POLICE FOUND A HANDGUN AND FENTANYL PILLS INSIDE THE TRUCK THAT WAS DISCOVERED TO BE STOLEN OUT OF CASTLE ROCK.
