FIRE PERSONNEL CONTINUE THEIR EFFORTS TO CONTROL THE HIGHLAND LAKES FIRE IN TELLER COUNTY. IT BROKE OUT MONDAY AFTERNOON IN THE HIGHLAND LAKES SUBDIVISION JUST NORTHWEST OF THE TOWN OF DIVIDE. THE FIRE IS BELIEVED TO HAVE BEEN HUMAN CAUSED AND MIKESELL SAYS THEY ARE CONSIDERING CRIMINAL CHARGES, BUT NO OTHER SPECIFICS ON ITS ORIGIN HAVE BEEN RELEASED.
