Colorado Springs police have arrested a deputy with the El Paso County Sheriff’s office. Springs police took Lieutenant Paul Mynatt into custody early Saturday morning. He is in the Teller County Jail at the moment and has been charged with 3rd degree misdemeanor assault and harassment. Police say the charges are related to a domestic violence incident. Mynatt has been with the sheriff’s office since 2007.
