Our partners at KKTV 11 News report a lawsuit was filed against the Pikes Peak Library District in continuing efforts to try and keep the Rockrimmon Library open. A group called “Intergrity Matters” has filed the suit, claiming a public vote should have been held before the library district decided to close the branch because they didn’t have the money to keep it open. Several other defendants are named in the suit. The district held another meeting last week, but in the end decided to keep the library closed.
