Scary moments earlier this morning after a car caught fire in a downtown underground parking garage. Springs Fire says they received a call of a car on fire in a parking garage two levels below the ground in the 400 block of South Tejon. The Springhill Suites Hotel nearby on Tejon was evacuated. Crews put the fire out then checked air quality in the hotel. Guests were allowed back in just after 3 this morning. There were no injuries.
