Lawyers representing a Colorado Springs mother being held in England accused of murdering her children are appealing a ruling to extradite her. Kimberlee Singler is accused of killing two of her children in December of 2023 then fleeing to England where she was arrested. A judge in England ruled she can be extradited back to the United States but her lawyers are appealing the ruling. If found guilty in Colorado she could face life in prison without parole. In England that sentence is considered inhumane. No word on when a judge will rule on the appeal.
