A 19-year-old man is facing charges after allegedly firing shots at a graduation party Saturday evening in highlands ranch. It happened at a home on Lyndwood Circle. According to the Douglas County Sheriff’s office, the suspect—David Garcia—had attended the party with his mom and was waiting for her in their car when a disturbance took place. Investigators say that’s when Garcia rolled down his window and fired 3 rounds. Two people were reportedly able to disarm Garcia. Deputies say Garcia was intoxicated when the incident took place. No injuries were reported.
