COLORADO SPRINGS POLICE TOOK ONE MAN INTO CUSTODY TUESDAY AFTERNOON AFTER SEVERAL INCIDENTS IN NORTHERN COLORADO SPRINGS. RESIDENTS AT THE LODGE AT BLACK FOREST APARTMENTS SAY A MALE WENT INTO AN EMPLOYEE ENTRANCE IN THE CLUBHOUSE WITH TWO MACHETES. HE THEN GOT A CROSSBOW FROM HIS CAR, AND POLICE SAY SHOT SOMETHING INTO AN OCCUPIED OFFICE. HE WAS THEN SEEN MINUTES LATER DRIVING AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED IN THE WRONG DIRECTION ON RESEARCH PARKWAY. HE WAS FINALLY TRACKED TO A HOTEL AT NORTH ACADEMY AND RAZROBACK, AND AFTER A SHORT FOOT CHASE WAS ARRESTED. POLICE IDENTIFY THE SUSPECT AS 29 YEAR OLD JONATHAN BROSKY. HE’S FACING, AMONG OTHER CHARGES FELONY MENACING AND VEHICLE ELUDING.
