The Colorado Bureau of Investigation has issued a statewide senior alert for a man they say may be with his dog. Authorities say 74-year-old Frank Wetzold suffers from a cognitive disorder. He was last seen Thursday evening around 7 in Jefferson City near his home in the 15 blocks of Stagestop Road. Investigators say he may be with his dog Angel. A small German Shepard. Frank is white with white hair and hazel eyes. he’s 6’1 and 130 pounds with two moles on his forehead.
