Colorado Springs police are investigating the death of a Mitchell High School student as a homicide. Last Saturday, officers were called to a home on frost lane between Platte Avenue and Airport Road on reports of a shooting. There they found the body of Izak Jasso. No other details are provided. The cause and manner of death will be determined by the coroner’s office.
