A major update on the case of a man accused of killing his girlfriend. Authorities in Fountain say officials may be changing the cause of death in this case from homicide to suicide. In court Friday, the judge issued the suspect—Miles Kirby—a personal recognizance bond which would allow him to bond out; a rare occurrence when facing a first-degree murder charge. This case has not been dismissed at this time and a preliminary hearing is set for September. Police say they found 29-year-old Jocelyn Teetzel dead at a home in Fountain last July.
