A former Colorado Springs pastor is facing child sexual exploitation charges. Thirty-year-old Jonathan Shaheen was taken into custody Thursday in a neighborhood near Austin Bluffs and Templeton Gap. On Wednesday, authorities learned Shaheen had been communicating with a New Mexico couple exploiting children. Detectives obtained a search warrant, and Shaheen was arrested.
